  1. McDonald’s and Whataburger are the only fast food restaurant that offer all day breakfast that I know of. The breakfast menu takes different temperature to cook and times so chick file a like most other fast food restaurant have limited grill and fryer space and can’t set aside the space for the breakfast menu all day.

  2. Money.
Whenever the question is why a business does or doesn’t do something, the answer is either “money” or “laws.” There’s no law against doing an all-day breakfast, so the answer for this must be money. It’s not worth it for them.

  3. As much as we love too, the breakfast menu is a bit tedious for our staff to work with, and often times we’d run out of breakfast before we could even blink! Stores only get limited supplies of breakfast, so by the time 10:30 comes around usually most stores are done and have barely nothing left. We hear you! Most of us want breakfast all day too! Sadly, we just don’t.

  4. There are places like Waffle House that serve breakfast items all day everyday. For those who want that sort of thing, that’s the first place they go.
Mainstream restaurants have tried breakfast all day, and it did’t work. McDonalds has tried it twice and stopped, the most recent attempt in 2015.
The all-day breakfast is no longer saving McDonald’s
When it has failed McDonald’s, why would Chickfila think they’re going to do better? Nor do they need to try it, since their sales of their existing menu are already increasing.

  5. Because the kitchens aren’t big enough. The breakfast items are cooked in different types of trays and pans and there isn’t enough room to have the breakfast trays and pans out as well as the lunch/dinner ones. We would struggle to keep up with the rush without losing space in the fryers and heaters for breakfast stuff. We’d never have been able to keep up with the orders if we did lose that space.

  6. Changing to all day breakfast would require a change in how the kitchen and equipment are used. Some pieces are used one way for breakfast and another for the rest of the day. In addition, the space for storage needs to be changed as well.
