  1. This happens to me often, I’ve been told its because your body is dehydrated and the water in your body becomes more concentrated. So if you’ve had coffee it may become more easily permeate throughout the body.
Also Coffee is a diuretic that is trying to expel water from your body so thats why your sweat and pee would smell of coffee.
You can counter this by drinking loads more water to dilute it and become hydrated.

  2. Your liver and kidneys are not functioning properly–or—you’re not hydrated enough (which would also cause your organs not to function properly).
I drink one to two gallons of water per day, as well as a LOT of coffee sometimes and the only thing that smells like coffee is, occasionally, my urine.
    Regards.

  3. Oo, this happed to me on a couple of occasions, when I drank a different type of coffee. The first time was when I had a Vietnamese coffee at my daughter’s Vietnamese friends house and I could smell it coming out of me for days, especially when I got in the shower. The second time was just a few weeks ago I had a sachet of ready mix coffee that you just add water and it turns out all milky and flavoursome that I didn’t really like the flavour, I sweated that out at night the exact coffee smell with all its artificial flavours!
