Plain old Arabica black coffee. Between the antioxidants and caffeine, it has a number of health benefits (appetite suppression, anti-inflammatory, reduces the risk of certain cancers and neurological diseases), provides an energy boost, and helps keep one regular. Add milk if you must, but stay away from sugar.

I think there all, the same, just depending on how you take it???
Like a cappuccino, is a fatty drink, with the added milk, and you can make it even more fat by adding more milk to the drink, and too, top things off sugar!!!
IT’S STRANGE now, I have a dry coffee and cuppuncino, meaning nothing added, just the hot water.
Just plain coffee! Anything that’s added is usually sugar and fat.
If you could get used to drinking coffee black, with no sugar or milk or cream, that’s the best way to drink it. Hot or iced or cold-brew, I don’t think it makes much difference.
If you want to put some milk in it, I guess that’s okay. Milk is healthy, right? But that’s some fat and calories you don’t really need. Or you could use oat milk—it has no nutritional value at all!
But just black, plain, is the healthiest way to drink coffee. And not more than 400 mg of caffeine per day (roughly 4–5 cups).
