65 square meters is not a very large space.
For low level background music, any decent consumer grade receiver will be sufficient to do the job reliably, fed to distributed ceiling speakers or a few small (hidden) multimedia standalone speakers.
For higher audio output requirements such as group events (as a small PA system), I can recommend a couple of small Roland CM-30 CUBE Active Monitor Speaker which offer remarkable performance for its size, or a single Roland BA-330 .
Because the structure and interior materials vary so much I would recommend you hire a professional Acoustical consultant to take the sound levels during your peak busy times. Patron noise and speaker placement for has to be looked at so that the background music provides adequate coverage while not causing the patrons to talk louder in conversation. It’s better to go without music than to have a system that is not designed for your space. Good luck!

And those are not the only ones
Some people just like to have the best possible system in their restaurants and cafes
Hi End Café, District 1. 217 Nguyen Van Thu, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
and the clients appreciate the effort
and this would be the way to go, if you were me and you could afford it.
You would have an unique space where people could enjoy a meal while enjoying a great audio performance from the music system.
And you would be part of a group of places around the world that is revered and admired by people who actually enjoy sound quality.
And ther…
