  1. At my shop we serve lattes at about 150–160 degrees. The temperatures that are supposedly acceptable are from 140–170 degrees. Some people ask for their lattes to not be too hot (140) and some ask for it extra hot (170). I believe if you steam the milk to a higher temp than 170 you’ll scald the milk. We do however have people come in and request temperatures lower, not typically higher.

  2. Café Latte is similar to Cappuccino, it is made from 30 ml espresso shot at 95 degrees topped by textured milk at 64 degrees. A Latte is served in a 220 ml cup or glass so you can work out the overall temperature. It will be about 66–70 degrees.
