  1. I’m not sure if the questioner is asking what drink has the most caffeine in it or which drink containing caffeine tastes the best?
    I’ll answer the first interpretation.
My experience is that I get a big caffeine hit from the cold brew coffee. The caffeine hit feels more intense than the other drinks with caffeine.
I think you can look up the Starbucks menu online and find out how much caffeine each drink has, if you want the official answer.

  2. A venti coffee has the most caffeine. It is usually thought that espresso has more caffeine but this isn’t entirely accurate. While espresso may have more caffeine per unit volume than drip coffee, you would have to fill an entire cup with espresso in order to have more caffeine. So if you are wanting to order a drink with the most caffeine at Starbucks, order a venti drip coffee.

  3. You can always add extra shots to make any drink more caffeinated, but the most caffeinated drink on the menu is probably the Starbucks Double Shot On Ice.
(If you wanted a hot drink, the closest would be an Americano.)
Not the most popular drink, but it’s very good!
Tall = 2 shots of espresso
Grande = 3 shots of espresso
Venti = 5 shots of espresso
Shaken espresso with ice & classic (simple) syrup topped with a splash of 2% milk.

  4. I think you are confusing caffeine with intense flavor. Caffeine is flavorless. So all the coffees in Starbucks have the same anount of caffeine, except the decaf ones ofcource.

  5. Assuming you are talking about drinks found in a Starbucks store, and not the licensed drinks found in the supermarket, a solo or doppio, which is one or two shots of straight expresso would have the most caffeine per ounce at Starbucks. Drinking straight espresso is an acquired taste, so you can also choose to add espresso shots to any drink at Starbucks to make them with stronger in caffeine content.

I once heard of a drink called “The Steve” at Starbucks U-Village store in Seattle that was a 10-shot Grande Latte or Mocha. Not sure if that was an urban legend or not.

At the supermarkets, the Starbucks-branded Double Shot cans are the strongest of all the product offerings (but not the Double Shot + Energy big cans, which add energy drink components and vitamins)
