Well, I am a ice-cream lover and I know what your talking about because I have had situations like this and what iÍ did was that I took sugar free yogurt instead of ice-cream ( you can try flavoured if you want) it gives you some ice cream flavour and also prevents from going off your healthy diet

    Than switch to frozen whipped cream.
    Then switch to vanilla greek yogurt.
    The point is to gradually wean you off the addictive sugars and gradually convert to a healthier alternative.
    Greek yogurt is very healthy with beneficial bacteria. However, it will still be fattening when eaten in excess. Gradually converting to a healthier option is likely going to be more successful than quitting cold turkey.
