  1. What's your opinion on Costco muffins?

The pros: they are usually quite freshly baked. They are large! In fact, I typically don’t like to eat a whole muffin in one sitting. We usually quarter them and then eat two quarters. The double chocolate muffins are my favorite but all of the flavors that I have tried are very good.
The cons: they are large! They seem a bit pricey to me.
I like baking so I dislike paying a premium for something that I can make myself at home for a fraction of the price.

  2. They are huge and good for a warehouse bakery but we bake them every week for church – several dozen at a time for a fraction of the cost. If you don’t bake or want convenience they are fine!

  3. I love them. And I don’t mind buying that amount of muffins, I individually wrap them and freeze them keeping 2 thawed at a time. And they are so big it is a meal or you can share.

  4. They are great, used to love them. I used to love the chocolate ones—but do not dare now, for glucose control.
The downside is that you have to buy 2 packs at a time for the price. The solution is to repack them individually and then freeze or refrigerate them.
Introduced to my friend, she went gaga over them.

  5. I think they are absolutely incredible. Probably the most addicting food I’ve ever had. I have to go out of my way to avoid them or I’ll end up having 3-4 in an hour and throw the rest of my day completely off. One random note is they do not mix well at all with alcohol. I had a few one day and was casually drinking beer later and threw everything up, which has never happened before.
