  1. My favourite is Arpeggio, which is apparently a bestseller. I really like the chocolatey notes in Arpeggio, though some who prefer woodier flavours would rather go for the Indriya or the Dharkan.
Another of my favourites is the Dulsao, which is much milder in taste.
It also depends on the kind of milk you’re using. I’ve found that Arpeggio goes better with full-cream milk 🙂

  2. Ahoy!
The choice in the end is yours, but my suggestion is to get something a bit stronger. The reasoning here is that if you will be drinking it as a shot, you want something balanced and aromatic, that does not oversaturate your pallet. However, mixing espresso with milk, you dilute the strengths and feel of the shot, thus you don’t want to start with something that is already “weak”.
Personally, I would have the Livanto espresso with milk to make a latte/capp. In the end, it is all up to you.

  3. Nespresso has recently released limited edition capsules that are specific for drink with milk, thus would work great for cappuccinos. The Barista Chiaro/Scuro/Corto capsules are your best bet here. Chiaro is very light, if you prefer a mild coffee flavour, otherwise the Scuro and Corto are better.
I’d suggest also Volluto, as it matches really well with the milk flavours without being overwhelmed by them, or any of the stronger capsules as Dharkan, Ristretto or Arpeggio (truly great as it is the smoothest capsule).
