What is the most must-have feature for the portable espresso maker you want?
Well, I don’t have a portable espresso maker and most likely I never will either. I’m all good with a tin cup and some flame. I used these
for years in my service trucks. Spoon of coffee, fill with water, heat with the torch. Then drink it before it freezes solid. Thankfully I haven’t had the freezing issue to contend with since I moved to Florida from Pennsylvania.
I have an espresso machine now and rarely use it except when guests come or when I get the hankering for a foamy shot. Nope, not getting a portable any time soon, still got my old tin cups and I don’t have a torch handy, I still have flint & steel or any of these options.

The Aeropress is about as simple as you’d want, but makes a decent strong shot or two (or small cup).
For an electric machine, one that extracts coffee and steams milk easily and doesn’t have a setup or cleanup process like maintaining a jet place would be a big plus.

I would think a must-have feature for you, would be, to have a hunky guy, that smells good, and speaks with a foreign accent, making the coffee for you…
