I am also intrigued by the Neapolitan coffee pot, sometimes called a “flip pot”, but have never used one. There appear to be multiple YouTube videos on how to use it. I think I might be inclined to try to find the stainless steel version of this one. I use a Bialetti Moka pot myself which seems to be a bit easier to use.
