    There is a somewhat common marketing message for a variety of non-alcoholic drinks at restaurants, in that they will continue to fill up your glass of ice-tea or coke or coffee as often as you request. This is a relatively low cost way to keep you in your seat and perhaps ordering more food items. In fact, even if the diner or restaurant doesn’t state the message, I’ve yet to find one that would not continue to refill your coffee cup as often as you request. And in fact the server will stop by several times to ask if they can refill your cup.
    Now Starbucks may not want to refill your Mocha Macchiato Latte Grande, as they charge you $5 the first time, and don’t want to refill it.
