  1. Healthiest doesn’t mean least amount of calories.
A tall nonfat capuccino is a great drink, around 8 grams of protein and around 60 calories.
You can opt for the 2% milk one if you want some fat in there as well for an 80 calorie beverage.

  2. With any coffee shops, you can really customize your cup of joe to be as “healthy” as you like it to be. Though, the definition of “healthy” may be relative here. Are you trying to be healthier by cutting down fat? Sugar? (Though, I’ll have to say, cutting down sugar is always a priority before fat, but maybe that’s just what I know).
Personally, I enjoy a cup of black coffee on most days, or a plain latte on some other days, with whole milk. With those, you’re not adding any sugar. Drinks gets more “unhealthy” as you add more sugar to it.
You can read more about the health benefits of drinking black coffee or tea, plenty of resources out there. But getting your cup of caffeine as plain as possible is always the “healthiest” way to go about it — I think.
Are you looking at “health” in a caloric-count sort of way? Well, a cup of plain tea has zero calories in it. An 8 oz cup of black coffee only has 1 calorie in it.
However, I do like to add that sometimes I do treat myself to a cup of a sugary Starbucks drink like the caramel macchiato (absolutely favorite treat!) But what they are is a treat, and you don’t have treats every day, multiple times in a day. You have treats once in awhile.

  3. I order a green tea soy latte (with Splenda). Seems healthy to me with all the anti-oxidants in the green-tea and a touch of protein from the soy. Its yummy too!
I couldn’t attest to whether it is the healthiest… but it would seem so to me.

  4. Black Decaf coffee or Tea are the healthiest beverages on Starbucks menu, aside from bottled water.
Additives (such as milk, cream, sugar, flavorings, etc) only decreases its nutritional value. Though, a cup of Black Decaf Coffee doesn’t really have any nutritional value to begin with. An 8oz cup contains only 5 calories and minuscule amounts of calcium, magnesium, potassium, thiamine, riboflavin, choline, and pantothenic acid.

  5. The free water. Not only it’s the healthiest, it’s also the best tasting and best value for money. Everything else is better somewhere else (bonus: if you walk to the other coffee place, you get some free exercise, very good for your health)

  6. If you want to go a step farther, black decaffeinated coffee could be healthier than regular. For coffee drinkers, tea is not a substitute beverage.

  7. My guess, it’s probably a small size of non-fat c affè latte with around 65 calories.
I am not really familiar with the whole Starbucks menu though.
