  1. Having been a Starbucks barista for 5 years, I would have to say the white mocha. Very creamy and very sweet. That being said, any latte with flavoring is also creamy and sweet.

  2. The ultra caramel frappaccino. Delicious but way overload on the sugar and cream. I can only drink the small ones or I’ll get sick.

  3. I think that a White Mocha made with breve would do it. It’s already the sugariest drink on the menu, and the smooth texture of the half & half would make it about as creamy as it could get.

  4. I always drink my coffee black but I imagine there’s nothing stopping you from ordering a coffee with 25 creams and 25 sugars, or something like that.

  5. The sweetest thing to be a core drink on the Official Menu right now (2018) is the Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino. This is made with whole milk, ice, coffee base (makes the beverage drinkable unlike an snow cone), white mocha, cinnamon dolce, whipped cream topping, and cinnamon dolce topping. 120grams of sugar for a venti.
I recommend getting black coffee with some cream and stevia if you must.

  6. I used to work for Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor and Barista. I think any latte or cappuccino made with breve (steamed half-and-half) instead of milk are the creamiest hot beverages. I’d recommend a “vanilla breve latte” or “breve caramel macchiato”. I put them in quotes since that’s how you’d order them, not including the size you may want. Note: drinks made with Breve costs extra. Yum! Now I want to get one LOL
