  1. Tobacco stains are very hard to remove and as per knowledge there are only teeth whitening paste are available in market, which reduce your tooth shade to slightly lower number, making it a shade brighter and whiter, two such medicated paste are glodent and glister tooth paste, but will only make ur teeth a shade whiter, you will only be able to see the result effectively only when the stains are removed & for the scaling is must, do need to visit dentist for the tobacco stains removal, only then u will be able to see the effects of all the whitening tooth paste u see in commercial because they won’t be able to remove ur stains.

  2. Any toothpaste that is abrasive enough to remove tobacco stains then it will definitely damage your teeth as well. Don’t do it!! Give up smoking or see your dentist more often for cleanings

  3. In General, All toth pastes are formulated with calcium phosphate. That is the stain remover. Hence tobacco stains also removed by this ingredient. Hence we can use any tooth paste. This is my suggestion.

  4. I don’t know about toothpaste, but I do have to recommend a whitening product for anyone in the US. It is the CVS Teeth Whitening Pen. If you follow the instructions to a T, I bet you will have some nice results. I’ve tried several whitening products in the past and was never very happy with the results. This pen did the trick for me.

  5. Most big brands of toothpaste have a line targeting teeth whitening. If the stain is light, you can even try adding some baking soda to the toothpaste for teethbrushing but if the stains are stubborn, you should try whitening strips or whitening kits where they’d have instructions of how to use.
If that still fails. Your last resort is professional cleaning by the dentists or dental technicians.
