It all depends on what you want from it. I am mostly a black coffee drinker when it is hot, but use powdered coconut cream for making my iced coffee here in the Philippines.

Nothing is the best. Drink your coffee black. Soy milk is second best as it interferes least with the taste and aroma of coffee. Almond milk and coconut milk are just too overpowering. They are OK if you use them with cheap instant coffee. The worst is coffee creamer with all sorts of weird chemicals in it.
