  1. I am assuming you are not trying to avoid caffeine, because that would open such a huge variety of options (including water). The obvious answers will be forms of tea. I will suggest one which is readily available, though not so well known: yerba mate . (I only tried it because I had installed on my Raspberry Pi a Linux distro called Ubuntu MATE, and the “MATE” there does refer to yerba mate. I drink it as an iced tea.)

  2. You could always drink less coffee, or switch to decaf. You could blend caffeinated coffee with decaf to make a less potent brew. That would entail a little more work than usual.
Then again, you could always switch to tea.

  3. Besides coffee I sometimes make myself a green or black tea. Gives you a longer lasting kick and tastes great, even when it‘s cold.

  5. Yerba mate has the strength of coffee, the health benefits of tea, and the euphoria of chocolate, all in one beverage. Of the six commonly used stimulants in the world: coffee, tea, kola, cocoa, and guarana, yerba mate triumphs as the most balanced and healthful while it stimulates. Yerba Mate, brewed from the naturally caffeinated and nourishing leaves of the species of holly native to the South American Atlantic rainforest ( Ilex paraguariensis ), it contains 24 vitamins and minerals, 15 amino acids, and abundant polyphenols. Remarkably, the Pasteur Institute and the Paris Scientific Society concluded in 1964 that “it is difficult to find a plant in any area of the world equal to mate in nutritional value” and that yerba mate contains “practically all of the vitamins necessary to sustain life.”

  6. Yerba mate is the good alternative to coffee for those who can’t start the day without a cup o’ caffeine. Providing the same buzz that coffee gives, Yerba Mate is preferred by many as it’s packed with nutrients, too. Mate is made from the naturally caffeinated leaves of the celebrated South American rainforest holly tree. It is widely known for not having the heavy “crash” that coffee can bring. Another benefit of Yerba Mate is that it can be prepared and consumed in a variety of ways–hot, cold, with honey, in a tea infuser, in a French press, or even in a traditional coffee machine.

  7. What kind of question is this?
Coffee is the undisputed king of morning beverages. It’s dark and bitter, perfectly complementing the mood of one’s soul as its shaken unwillingly from its slumber. How else could I expect to prepare myself to venture out into the world and deal with the hell that is other people, than to venture into that heart of darkness that is my daily morning ritual of a cup of coffee?
The answer, then, which you clearly already know, is that you should drink NO beverage other than coffee in the morning.

  8. Whatever your reason for abstaining from coffee, there are tons of good alternatives out there.
If you are looking to take a break from caffeine to reduce a tolerance I would recommend trying out theacrine. Theacrine acts in almost the exact same way as caffeine does, but it doesn’t seem to possess the same potential for tolerance.
However if you don’t like the effects of caffeine, I would recommend either Cordyceps or D-Ribose . Both are great healthy alternatives that will be sure to boost your energy.
I actually made a video, where I talk about my top 10 favorite energy boosting alternatives to coffee in detail. If you want more ideas, and more in-depth information. By all means check it out. Any feedback you have is greatly appreciated 🙂

  13. Morning coffee or bed coffe, means having coffee just after waking up in the morning.
Now-a-days, it has become a trend and almost everyone likes to have bed coffee or tea as their start.
But we should know taking such beverages early morning is not good for your health, for future references.
It is like an addiction, when you start taking it regularly it will make you feel fresh but can be very dangerous in future.
Although we can’t simply change this regimen as we are used to for it. As the substitute you can try some other healthy options such as-
    lemon water with honey
    honey water
    warm water with amla juice
    aloe juice etc
One should start these slowly and ad per your body reaction.

  14. Try decaffeinated coffee. The caffeine has been taken out so you don’t have to worry about the jitters from caffeine and the problems that come from caffeine. I tried decaffeinated coffee once and it was a little different but I did not have the jitters or any effects from caffeine. And it doesn’t cause stomach upset that you get from caffeinated coffee. You might try going with tea or an English breakfast tea to be helpful to you and not even deal with caffeine.

    Smoothies
    Green Tea
    Plain Water
Drink only healthy beverages, that you think can help you with daily life and maintain proper health because that’s what matters the most.

There are others out there, too.
Another good pick-me-up is peppermint tea.
Or, just a good, old-fashioned glass of orange juice or grapefruit juice, or for more health benefits, dark grape juice.

Energy drinks are packed with sugar.
They have a short term impact on how you feel after consumption. They have no impact on what you can do with that energy, that’s in your mind.

  21. Cold shower would wake the body up, start hot and gradually turn it cold for less of a shock. Wash your face with cold water if there is no time to shower. Tea with caffeine can be easier on the stomach. Stretching for 5 or 10 mins. Drink water or eat a small snack like an apple.
A coworker told me apples give similar energy to coffee so I did a quick google search:
“Apples contain no caffeine but have about 13 grams of natural sugar. These sugars provoke a similar response to caffeine because vitamins from the apple are released slowly throughout the body, making you feel more awake.” – Are Apples Better than Coffee?
