  1. If you are not lactose intolerant, regular milk is the best. Or better yet, regular cream. It is the best because it tastes great with coffee, and cream can give you a boost of energy.
I personally drink my coffee black.

  2. I’d use “half and half” or actual cream. Both contain mostly lipids and few carbohydrates, especially cream, which is almost entirely butterfat.
All the non-dairy and “low fat half and half” products I have tried have much more sugar than the dairy products I cite above. That, and they don’t taste as good, though I will use Silk Soy creamer in tea, but not coffee.
If lactose gives you problems, try dairy cream as it has virtually none in it.

  3. I use a small amount of heavy cream. It is low in carbs and more natural than coffee mate or other coffee creamers sold at the store.
For those that are finding a way to reverse type 2 diabetes without needing more pills, medications or insulin shots,… you should check this secrets tutorial . I have got good results with it. I lost 17 lbs and have great control over my blood sugar within 3 weeks just by follwing that program. My protein in the urine went 1600 to ordinary amounts. My doctors told me if my figures remain this way I will not have anything to be worried about, particularly dialysis.

  4. Settle coffee mate is a sugar coffee flavor that turns out best for any diabetic individual. Per serving, one can get 60 calories of which fat is around 15. It is a non-dairy item and without lactose coffee flavor. Some non-dairy creamers contain trans fat. This can boost your risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. You should not consume more than 2 grams of trans fat in a day, and some brands of non-dairy creamer can contain 1 gram per tablespoon.
