  1. there’s a some information missing. What’s the Amount of Pepsi max and tea? What type of tea is it? The type of tea in particular can change the answer. They’re teas (white, green, oolong, black, and pu’er) can have anywhere between 5~80mg of caffeine depending on the tea type. Black and pu’er usually have the most. If you’re drinking “false teas” such as rooibos or herbal, then you don’t need to worry about caffein as it has none. Pepsi max, for what I could find, has about 5.75mg/oz. If you were to drink a 330ml can (a bit over 11oz), you’ll consume just a bit over 63mg of caffeine .

  2. The tea, but by a slight margin.
A regular cup of black tea (237 millilitres) contains 47.4 milligrams of caffeine. Which is 17.75 per 100 millilitres.
For a 355 millilitre bottle/can/glass of pepsi max, there is 42.6 milligrams of caffeine. Or 12.91 per 100 millilitres.
So, drink what you prefer if you are looking for caffeine, there isn’t much of a difference in term of caffeine content.

  3. probably tea, pepsi has about 35mg of caffeine and I’m going to assume both are 12oz so if you use a good green tea then it would have more caffeine at around 60mg.
