  1. I guess the big ones in terms of quantity is Neumann/Rothfos, Man/Volcafe, Olam, Ecom, Dreyfus, Noble, Mercon, Coex. That excludes some of the large roasters who do a lot of their own importing (Starbucks, Smuckers/Folgers). There’s plenty of small to midsize ones and some who focus entirely on specialty coffee like Royal (Ca), Royal (NY), and Cafe Imports. Most or all of the large ones have specialty units or otherwise handle specialty coffee in some manner.
