If budget is not a constraint, go for the first one. They are built to last.
Go for Breville if your capital is less, because they have a Dual Boiler and they cost really cheap. The La Marzocco could cost anywhere from 400,000 INR to 700,000 INR. The Breville Oracle costs about 80,000 INR. But, you must consider the quality of coffee. Temp stability, Pressure stability, etc as you’re running a cafe. Hence, go for a machine with a good rep for that.
My answer is biased towards La Marzocco because I’m a big fan of their Linea
