  2. I don’t know exactly are the compounds in instant coffee granules. But I use them a lot when I make brownies! It gives it the extra umph! My friends love them. It does not change the consistency of the brownie at all. I use ghirardelli brownie mix. And I just dissolve coffee granules in the water requirement for mixing. Give it a try!
