It’s a common misconception that shots of expresso have more caffeine than simple brewed coffee. The caffeine-industrial complex has us brainwashed to think espresso = high octane brew. Getting your jolt via espresso is a waste of money.
See Caffeine content for coffee, tea, soda and more
According to the Mayo Clinic : A one ounce shot of espresso has just 40-75mg of caffeine. An 8 oz cup of brewed coffee has 95-200mg of coffee.
All that aside, I heartily advocate taking a nap, getting more sleep, taking a walk, walk or a dip in a cold shower to get your blood flowing.
I used to drink massive amounts of caffeine, had to quit as I developed massive migraines and insomnia.
Getting energy via caffeine is borrowing vitality from your future. The energy has to come from somewhere, your body will rebel eventually.
This stuff called “Death Wish Coffee.” According to its website, it has a whopping 54.2 milligrams of caffeine per fluid ounce, while its closest rival, Starbucks coffee, has a measly 20.6 milligrams of caffeine per fluid ounce. Personally, I’ve never tried it, for various reasons (none health-related).
Here’s the company’s website:
World’s Strongest Coffee
Also, according to Death Wish Coffee at Caffeine Informer , a 12 ounce cup of Death Wish Coffee has 660 milligrams of caffeine, while a 12 ounce cup of Starbucks brewed coffee contains 260 milligrams of caffeine, or 3 times as much caffeine as Starbucks coffee. Even a Venti cup of Starbucks coffee only has 415 milligrams of caffeine. Additionally, two shots of Starbucks espresso contain a combined total of only 150 milligrams of caffeine. So if you’re just looking for a good, potent source of caffeine, I’d go with Death Wish Coffee. Exercise, naps, sunlight, and sleep are all great and healthy and whatever, but for me, the chemical route packs the most punch and power, at least in the short term, and perhaps in the medium term (I officially declare that a thing) as well.
If 2 shots of espresso do nothing for you, it’s probably time to think of weening yourself off caffeine for a bit. That just means you’ve developed tolerance and are on good way to physical addiction. Yes, you could keep getting more caffeine into your system, but eventually that, too, will stop working. There’s going to be a point where you will need to drink coffee just to stop withdrawal symptoms, rather than for any benefits it may have.
Described hormonally, any beverage with caffeine in it is fear in a cup. Running on that much fear all the time has some negative impacts on the rest of the body’s hormones and functioning, but it’s the worst for babies in utero, where the constant presence of high cortisol reduces testosterone during male development, and reduces estrogen during female development. Anybody else notice there are more babies being born with ambiguous genitals?
If you want to get by with less sleep instead of living in a constant state of fear, here is some interesting information on polyphasic sleep:

. Meditation will also dramatically reduce the hours of sleep you require, as long as you’re willing to give up a couple of those hours to actually doing the meditation!

Another problem could be sleep related. I had the same problem until I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Since being diagnosed, I began treatments that require a machine and a mask; not the prettiest thing at night, but I am able to go through the day now without falling asleep at random times or even being tired. See your doctor, it may be a physical issue.

The trick with caffeine is that your body develops a tolerance (it’s a bit more complicated than that, but that’s a good shorthand). A full system reset might be the best way to deal with it – kill the caffeine (I recommend cold turkey, although it sucks to do) and after about a week or so you’ll be running fine without it. Exercise will help too, as Jim Kenyon noted.
Maybe you should try stop drinking coffe constantly as being the result your body got use zo it. So it does not work anymore.
The real reason that you always tired could be for 2 options:
1. You breathing in a hell a lot of from cars exhaust system produced smoke in the city which contains heavy solid materials, elements such as carbohydrogen, carbonoxygen etc. That keeps your body down and heavy. Solution: go to the green, go to picnic in parks and take some natural medicines such as spirulina which helps xou get tid of these litzle parts anf elements from the air you breath.
2. If the statement below is not true for you you might suffer from a lack of doing exercises. One’s body needs healthy work out which releases your energie from fat what you can also burn. Take Q10 pills which also natural. Helps you to keep awake. Maybe not that much ad coffee but you should quit from drinking coffee heavily.
Exercise helps me. In fact, I’m losing my focus right now so it’s time for a walk.
Recent studies show that caffeine helps combat sleep inertia (the loginess you get when first waking up) but won’t really help you stay productive past your usual sleeping time.
Having said that, cold brewed coffee (google it) has much higher caffeine than regular coffee without the acids created by hig- temperature brewing. Not only does it taste better, but it will not upset sensitive digestion. You should be able to drink more to greater effect.
