  1. Though I’ve not used it myself, carbon based pastes are said to clean various tooth stains. A popular brand I’ve seen is carbon coco, but again, that’s hearsay and not personal experience.

  2. I recommend making a thick paste of 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 2 drops of hydrogen peroxide. Brush once a week with this mixture (very gently near the gums), but medium strong on the stained places, for 5 minutes. It’s usually just the 6 the lower anterior teeth.
If the stain remains, try doing it the next week with a dry q-tip soaked in the thick baking soda solution.
On toddler children too young to handle a dental visit to remove medicine stain. I removed 90% of oral medicine staining in 5 minutes. I mix their normal toothpaste with the baking soda, so they will be familiar with the flavor. Make it easy, don’t fight with them. Do just 2 minutes one day, and 2 minutes another day. It’s easy – just be smart going about it!

  3. Markets are nowadays full of many products that claim to be the best teeth whitening products. Even the internet is home to many such remedies that claim to help you on this front beyond your expectations. But not all of these products or remedies are for you. It is because all products are manufactured using different formulas that suits only certain people.
Therefore, you are advised to be wise and not to use any such product or trick without seeking the valuable advice of your experienced dentist. It is because he/she has the wealth of experience to understand your dental/oral health care needs and can also advise you the best possible teeth whitening strips or sonic brush or any other dental care product accordingly.
So, I think you should discuss this problem your dentist first.

  4. Some teeth bleaching dental kits are available in market but please use it under supervision of a dentist. On the other hand many toothpaste are also available which promises whitening and all but avoid using those for long term. It will make your teeth sensitive.
