  2. Absolutely not. Assuming you use this additive in proper portions such as by the tsp/tbsp in your coffee than no. Moderation with a drink item like this is not harmful to anyone when used correctly. Be it from rice, almond, soy or hemp “milk” sources, your going to be fine using those. Just be careful with how much, how often and if the variety used is sugar added or not. As with any kind of creamer at all, going overboard with it too often could allow calories to creep up on you overtime.
