For reheating coffee with or without creamer it should be fine. Because microwaves boil the water inside of foods it can have undesireable effects such as making bread tough or some meats dry and rubbery but none of this is dangerous. This can cause plastic to outgas solvents and plasticizers, but glass and silicone containers are safe
