  1. You could but coffee is high in caffeine and would not go well with protein shake. What you can do is you can try the coffee flavoured protein shakes and see if that works for you. For example, one of my absolute favourite flavours are cafe mocha by Myfitfuel. Tastes great and works effectively!

  2. stay away from coffee, you’ll just make your heart fuck up in the longer run. idk why too many people follow YTers man they aren’t docs. eat a good diet and workout hard. it took me 4 years, I started when I was 13 now I’m 17 I started at 30% body fat at 45kgs now I’m 15% body fat 68kg lean muscle holder I look better than your gym bro on steroids man it takes time not coffee, serious tip if you wanna go lean like under 10% body fat you have to workout till you pass out literally blackout on steroids or off steroids its the same. nothing worth having comes easy and at least not that 1 rupee fat burner. I never took supplements other than ICF3, CCM, Zincovit, fish oil, creatine mono, some herbs.   3. Yes sure..but make sure to not add it post workout in Ur protein shake…u don’t need caffeine post workout.. otherwise if you wanna take protein for pre-workout…you can add coffee powder to it

  4. Yes, you can. As a matter of fact, in some countries you can buy whey protein with coffee flavor or iced cappuccino flavor. I recommend using either unflavored whey protein or Vanilla flavored. Chocolate might also work. Enjoy.

  5. Yes one can add some amount of coffee in the protein shake , it will give or enhance the taste of the protein shake also provide some amount of caffeine which will act as a fat burner for the ones who are looking for fat loss.
    Also remember not to over consume coffee , you can have it occasionally , over consumption of coffee is not good for health.

  6. Yes it is fine. Add it if you love coffee. Dont worry about pre workout or post workout and things like insulin spike or anabolic window. Tastes very good with protein shake 😀
