I would say Yes if it’s once in a while, especially if your talking about house plants. All you need to do is brew your instant coffee and let it get normalisation in temperature ( don’t use it on your plants when your brew is too hot or too cold). You need to recheck if the brew is strong. It has to be light enough for your plants. Water them with this instead of plain water. Water your plant until the excess seeps out of drainage hole.
If you want to use it for your other plants you can dilute the brew more ( I would advice 1 1/2 cup of plain water to 1 cup of brew ). You can spray this on your desired plants.

Do NOT use instant coffee for your plants. Used coffee grounds from your pot of coffee or from a local coffee shop work because the brewing process removes caffeine, acids, fats, and other things that can be harmful to your plants.
