I like mine with a little sugar and cream and I find the apples to be quite refreshing. Helps enhace the flavor of the coffee afterwards. Hahaha all depends how your perspective is to the mixture of flavors 😉

  3. It is not unhealthy at all. If you really love that combination, just enjoy. However, fruits are nature’s great gift with lot of nutrition. Fruits and coffee need different enzymes to digest. So, while you enjoy this combination, don’t always mix fruits with coffee or any other cooked food so that you get complete nutrition from the fruits.

  6. As far as I know mixing the two fruits with coffee is not a good idea and is unhealthy in nature. One is cold in nature and the other is hot in nature, so taking the two together will not be beneficial for the body on the long run. Once in a while is ok but doing it on a regular basis is not good for health.

  7. No, it isn’t unhealthy to eat some fruit and drink some coffee at the same meal. Just remember to rinse your mouth out with water and brush your teeth after having these highly acidic foods, to protect the enamel on your teeth.

  10. As far as I know, there are no particular health consequences of eating any combination of foods, beyond the consequences of each individual food.
There are some interactions between foods and medicines but not between foods.
So, while the taste of each may suffer and while you may not like how they taste together in your mouth, there’s no health reason not to eat fruit while drinking coffee.
