Good vs. Bad is far too subjective! There are good and bad aspects to it. I will list some and let you decide!
Good:

As long as you are not drinking all the crazy sugary crap you dont have to worry about it negatively affecting your weight. I drink mine black – most people dont like this, but I have found it is because they are drinking Folgers or some junk like that.

Also, you may want to try cycling coffee if you want to keep up the effects of the caffeine or else you will have to drink more and more and more.
It depends on what type of coffee you are drinking.
16 ounces of American coffee is 2 cups and is OK
16 ounces of espresso would be 8 shots of espresso. Therefore the equivalent of 2.5 cups of American coffee ( caffeine content) and that OK.
