  2. Without pictures it is hard to comment on your opinions. First you would need permission from your parents. Let’s assume that you do have cellulite AND your parents agree to have this condition treated – these are big assumptions.
The link below will show you a treatment that has been shown to improve cellulite. It is a non-invasive method of improving the contour of one’s skin. You can see a treatment being provided.

    Hope this helps.

  3. Explore why your body disgusts you.
Learn that a part of you loves feeling disgusted because, let’s be real, we all feel a thrill when we do.
Realize that your body’s an instrument, not an ornament.
And lastly, realize that “cellulite” is a way for money-greedy companies to suck the cash out of your wallet. Money that you could use for much better purposes unrelated to unimportant aesthetic beliefs.

  4. At 16 you are still growing and nothing about your body should be disgusting to you.
Do not compare your body to pictures in magazines or on the internet. Those pictures are not real. They have all been changed to look better.
Start walking every day to increase the blood flow or circulation to the legs. Eat more fruit and vegetables, and also include fish and nuts.
You may have a condition called “body dysmorphia” where you do not see your own body as it really is.
Seek medical attention to make sure that you do not have any medical problems.

  5. It is completely normal! Most of the time it occurs around the hips, thighs and bum and is caused by fat deposits under the skin pushing up towards the surface, creating an uneven or dimpled appearance. The appearance of cellulite is mostly genetic but can be managed by your lifestyle. Cellulite only happens to out-of-shape people Being overweight does make the appearance of cellulite more noticeable; the more fat you have underneath your skin, the more it’s likely to put stress on your connective tissue and bulge out of its weak spots.
