  1. I imagine they add vanilla to cream- so instead of cream- a cashew, soy and almond milk but add vanilla and sugar (more sugar than you might think). Cold brew is done by letting the grounds steep like loose leaf tea in the pitcher and then straining it with a cloth or tightly woven strainer. This is done in the refrigerator.

  2. Let’s be clear
    If you’re vegan you should just order a cold brew with Vanilla and Almond Milk , Vanilla and Coconut Milk, or Vanilla and Soy Milk. Those are the only non diary alternative that Starbucks has.
    The Vanilla Sweet Cream is just Vanilla syrup and Heavy cream.
