- Slowly pour in enough water to fill up half of the glass carafe–allowing it to settle after each pour.
- Once you have filled up the carafe, place your wooden collar onto the carafe and let it drip.
- Once you have finished, remove the collar and throw out your now used filter.
- There is no need to mix or stir your coffee during this step!
- Repeat steps 4 through 7 again with each additional cup of coffee you would like to make–remember that for every two tablespoons of grounds you will need to add another cup of water!
