    So that’d be a gaining of 6lbs.
Coffee doesn’t make you lose weight, drinking it as a substitute for water would make you gain weight.

  3. This a is a dumb question. I assume you mean you will drink coffee whole day and nothing else. Fat loss doesn’t work this way, in fact you will need to accept that you are eating more Than you need if you’re fat (i know its hard to accept). Then you will need to either eat less calories than required by your body or you can eat more and burn the calories through exercises so that the net calories you eat are less than what your body requires.
You can do both as well. If you’re new to this whole calorie thing then you can either trust your gut and eat or download an app like MyFitnessPal.
And if you ment that what are benefits adding just little bit of coffee, then its not very much. Coffee does increase your metabolism but I don’t think it’s enough to aid weight loss.

  4. Only coffee sounds odd. If a person only drinks coffee then soon he might fall sick. Too much intake of coffee can lead to liver cancer, weight loss, intestine problem, sleep problem and moodiness. Coffee had proved to have some benefits but anything too much can be risky.

  9. Visit one of those BMR calculators on the Net and count for yourself.
In general, we use about 2000 to 3000 kcals per day.
If you stop eating you will lose that amount of fat.
If it is 3000 kcal per day you will lose 1 kg in three days which is slightly excessive but if you wish to go on a complete fast that’s that.

  10. Coffee helps in boosting the metabolism. But when you drink coffee alone and neglect eating other foods, you are most likely to fall sick. Coffee when you are not adding milk is zero calorie drink and your body needs calories to function.
For weight loss I suggest you to look for a diet which has proper proportions of fats, proteins as well as carbs. You can go with low carb diets which are sustainable and helps in fat loss. But please dont got with only coffee for weight loss. You will be deficit by other nutrients and vitamins if you do so.
    Hope this helps.

  12. Because it is such a popular beverage, coffee has been the subject of countless weight-loss studies. More than just a pick-me-up, coffee seems to have some real staying power when it comes to losing weight.
There have been many studies done to determine how much weight can be lost by drinking coffee. It’s important to understand that most of them are observational studies; they look at the correlation between two things and try to find a relationship between them. Because of this, the results aren’t concrete; there may be other factors involved in weight loss or gain.
Coffee is a wonderful thing. It’s delicious and can provide a little energy boost to get you going in the morning. But can coffee really help you lose weight?

  13. There is no answer that covers all cases as the body’s reaction to weight loss diet is different from a person to another. There are plenty of factors that influence weight loss such as age, gender, genetics, activity level, nutrition, and lifestyle in general.
Now the question that comes in is :
Why coffee can be a good drink for weight loss and how to drink it to help you lose weight ?
Coffee with no sugar is a low-calorie beverage. A calorie deficit, or when you consume fewer calories than you burn, is linked to reducing weight. Consuming fewer calories than your regular caloric intake is a popular technique to assist establish a calorie deficit.
Because black coffee has fewer than 5 calories per serving, it is an excellent weight-loss beverage (one 8-0z cup). However, if you drink it black, it’s merely low in calories.
While black coffee is minimal in calories when different kinds of milk and sweeteners are added to it, it soon becomes heavy in calories, sugar, and fats.
    Hope this explanation helps!

It’s hard to say. If you’re currently 100 pounds, it will be a lot less than if you currently weigh 500 pounds.
You do realize you’ll die without food, right?
You do realize coffee is considered a diuretic and if you only drink coffee, your body will lose water, inviting serious side effects, including organ failure, right?
If not, my strong suggestion would be to do a lot more research on the effects of going without food and not getting the proper amount of water before embarking on such an ill-advised diet. There is a good chance you could wind up dead instead of skinnier. Well, actually, it could be both (but by that time your weight won’t really matter any more).
    Be smart.

Coffee is one of the world’s most consumed beverages.

There are at least 12 different studies that PROVE how effective coffee is for weight loss.
    Coffee contains:
    Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)

It’s important to point out that studies suggesting these benefits are observational in nature, which means that they don’t necessarily prove that coffee caused the effects.
Here’s a sampling of some of the health benefits associated with regular coffee consumption and their studies.
