  1. None unless you ask for it. If you ask for creamer we usually put in half and half unless you specify something like two percent milk or heavy cream. Even then when you do ask for heavy cream we only put a splash or two by default unless you specify how much you want.

  2. The default dairy is 2 % milk (if you ask for milk, but do not specify which kind), so no heavy cream. The default amount of any dairy (or non-dairy sub) added is from the middle line to the top line (on the side of the cup you’ll notice 3 lines).

  3. Heavy Cream is not added to an iced coffee unless requested. In terms of the amount, unless you are asking for a large amount [like 5oz or more] the barista will likely add what you ask.

  4. Like most coffee shops, creamers are not added unless specified.
If you ask for dairy, including heavy cream, a standard ice Venti coffee will get 3 ounces of dairy. Ice grande gets 2 ounces, and ice tall gets 1 ounce. The amount of dairy is measured using the 2 lines in the middle of the cup.
With heavy cream however, I’ve noticed that a lot of partners won’t pour the full amount, because heavy cream is very creamy and turns the beverage milky white and we often get customers having us remake them with less heavy cream. In return, we’ve been conditioned to just pour in a dollop if they request heavy cream and if they want more we can always pour more in.

  5. None, unless you specifically say “with heavy cream…” or you say “cream” and they’re new and don’t know what half and half is. If you do ask; there are black tick lines on the side of your cup, your barista should normally fill it with coffee to the middle line, cream to the top line, and ice to the top.

You can ask for just a splash of cream or milk or a good deal of it. If you want more than four ounces, you should expect to pay an upcharge for half and half, heavy cream or alternative milks.
You can ask for room and add your own at the condiment bar. Selections available to add yourself will vary by location.
