They recommend (well, they don’t recommend but they use it as their metric) that you use six ounces of water. At 65 mg of caffeine, that’d mean 10.8 mg per ounce of water and thus, if you used portions of sachets, you could achieve 200 mg of caffeine, using their same ratio, 65mg:6 fl oz by using about 3.1 sachets of 3-in-1. And at their recommended ratio, that would come to just about 2.25 cups (assuming you are using actual “measuring” cups at 8 oz.)
    In short, you’re asking the wrong question. The question would be “How many sachets of 3-in-1 contain 200 mg of caffeine. ‘Cuz you can put more or less water in with the powdered mixture. You’ll still get 65 mg of caffeine whether it’s dispersed over 10 ounces or 40.
