The milk that we get, even if full fat, is diluted, unless we thicken it by boiling it down. Abroad they use thick, half and half or cream. We never do it. One cup here with 2 teaspoons of sugar and milk will be about 80–100 calories. Coffee by itself has 1 calorie per cup. In spite of the hoopla surrounding Filter Coffee in the South, where I live, the best coffee is mid-roasted, rough ground coffee in a cafeteaire drunk without sugar or milk. 1 cup = 1 calorie!
