  1. Amazing. Let me just tell you that honey, being one of the purest forms of natural sugar ever, replaces all those fake sugar free vanilla lattes out there. I know. I know. Calories right? Fear not. It satisfies the fancy drinks without compromising the craving. Good honest calories …the kind that the body doesn’t have to say, “Huh? How am I supposed to process these?” Honey, in a cup of coffee, sinks to the bottom and waits for you to finish the cup off. Right when the coffee is lukewarm at best, a tasty thick morsel awaits you. And for a tasty bonus, add cocoa. Do whatever you can to consume healthy natural products into the system. The better the honey, the better the coffee.

  2. I only use honey as a sweetener in all my foods, especially my coffee in the morning, bit of trivia, i go in my bee yard several hours later, some bees will fly around my mouth to see where the scent of honey is coming from; bees have an incredible sense of smell.

  3. Some people dislike the bitterness of coffee, so they add milk and/or sugar to alter the taste of their coffee.
Honey would have a similar effect on the taste of coffee as sugar would. It simply makes your coffee less bitter and more sweet.
