Nothing is more relaxing than a rainy evening with a cup of garam chai ( hot tea) and some onion pakoras! Just the best!
Now, it gets better if you are actually seated near a windowpane/ on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sight of the rain while munching on.

Gloomy room,window side,drizzles against the window sill accompanied by mild breeze.
Me by my bed ,sitting near the window..
My eyes- chilling out through the window between those strings of rain.
My ears-listening to the droplets of rain falling into those miniature pitholes and the burst of bubbles among the puddles.
My other sense-through the nerves somehow making goosebumps to the stimulant weather.
My nose-taking a deep breath -a mixture of freshly cleansed air with a perfect blend of cardamom tea.
And finally,sipping my cup and turning my favourite book’s page.
All I have to say myself..

You are reading that chapter from a book you came to like. You are so immersed in the world of the author’s creation, you don’t hear the windows movement until the wind turns the pages of your book. You now glare at the open window and get up to close it. As you get near the window, the aroma of the soil increases. Just when you look outside the window, you notice the drizzling. You are marveled at the sight of rain and smell of petrichor (aroma of soil). You tend to have this urge to make something perfect to make this evening right. You make yourself a cup of hot coffee. You grab a chair and place it opposite to the window. You grab your book and the coffee and now rest at your new comfort zone.
