  1. Actually, the opposite is true. Science has shown that regular coffee drinkers – having become dependent on caffeine – need coffee in order to be able to function as well as non coffee drinkers. The truth is that coffee drinkers are in fact sub par until they get their caffeine fix. Non coffee drinkers function well naturally.

  2. Funnily enough a great many people can fuction perfectly well without stimulants. Personally, I can take it or leave it when it comes to coffee as it has no stimulating effect on me and therefore no withdrawal effects either (ie. I do not ‘”need” to drink it to function in the mornings) so I only drink it if I happen to fancy a mug.

  3. If I get a good night’s sleep I’m ok. I work an active hands on job so soon as I start moving around I’m usually ok and I can keep the momentum going. It’s if I have a training course with a lot of sitting around that I struggle sometimes Mostly around the mid morning. For the most part I just suffer, but depending on the situation I may resort to a caffeinated tea, or a bottle of coke to help me get through the day.
