How come coffee makes me sweat and my heart race, but still feel tired, but energy drinks don’t and perk me up? Energy drinks are so expensive but I’ve tried numerous brands of coffee and even brew methods, and it always makes me sick.
You can check the answer of the people under the question at Quora “does coffee make you sweat more“
The simple truth is, caffeine doesn’t affect everybody the same way. For most adult consumers, caffeine is stimulating. (and even that only goes so far, it can’t cure fatigue, it only offers temporary, modest stimulation) For others, it’s neutral. It doesn’t do much of anything. And for some, it has unpleasant side effects, and no benefits at all. You might be in this last category.
Why fight it? If your body is sending you strong signals, telling you it doesn’t tolerate caffeinated beverages very well, that’s worth noting. If consuming caffeine, or other energy supplements offers you no benefits, only sickness, the natural thing to do is avoid it. Why keep trying to override your body’s natural warning system?
Good quality sleep, moderate exercise, and a healthy diet, are better at providing energy than caffeinated beverages like coffee, or “energy drinks” – which is just a marketing term, and can’t responsibly make a claim to actually provide or restore energy.
If you have not already, try the ground Sumatra from Starbucks. Strong, but low acid. Lots of times it is the acid that makes people feel bad.
coffee is not meant to make you feel awake for the most part it just pumps adrenaline in your blood for a limited time nor are energy drinks because they actually contain tons of sugar and their unhealthy but if you drink hot coffee on a hot day it might make you sweat and heart could race if you take a very strong shot of coffee which as I described earlier makes your adrenaline rush
