Cold brew.
Use lighter roast beans.
Sweetener.
I guess that depends on what you mean when you say strong. If by strong you’re referring to caffeine content, then add more than usual the amount of grounds, but use a lighter roast, which are generally less bitter. If you mean strong as in strong tasting, you want a dark roast, which often have a tendency to be a little more bitter. You can sprinkle just a pinch of salt into the grounds before you brew, that’ll cut some of the bitterness as well. Or, try different coffees. My personal favorite is Death Wish coffee, which is both dark roast and highly caffeinated, but created to be incredibly smooth. It is one of the smoothest dark roast coffees I’ve run across to date.
Add lots of milk and sugar. The stronger the coffee the bitterer the taste, the only real way to counteract it is with something sweet like sugar.
You could try adding a little cinnamon.
Have you tried cold brew coffee? You can make it super strong and it doesn’t seem like the acidity is there.
