Coffee ☕ has multiple benefits but in moderation but as you are consuming it with cream and sugar which makes it a less beneficial because if you are not physically active then you may face weight related issues
I would request you to replace sugar with jaggery or honey to make it less harmful
Hope this helps 🙏
I used to do this. Loved my coffee with cream and sugar. Other than this, my diet was extremely strict, and I exercised (and still do) essentially every day. So, why was I getting a little bit chubby? Why wouldn’t that little bit of flab around my gut go away? Then the unthinkable occurred to me: it was my coffee with cream and sugar. I experimented with just cream or just sugar, but similar results. So, I decided to train myself to drink only black coffee. That solved it. And once you get used to it, black coffee is great! (Having a Keurig and a bunch of flavored [but still sugar-free] coffees helps… 🙂 )
It isn’t bad. At all.
The amount of calories from that small amount of sugar and cream is not meaningful compared to the 2,000–2,200 that a typical adult will consume on a daily basis.
Go ahead and enjoy your daily coffee with cream and sugar. I certainly do!
Well, I essentially do this. Went from the terrible choice of sugar and vegetable oil based artificial creamers to black coffee, to butter coffee, and now to sugar and heavy cream.
My own reasons were very simple: I experimented with all of the above and found that of them, coffee with cream and sugar had the best balance of low risk of caffeine crash and sitting well on my stomach. Black coffee caused quite a few problems for me, exacerbating acid reflux along with causing damage to my tooth enamel. Artificial cream and butter do nothing to stop this, but high fat dairy products seem to effectively raise the pH in some way; not sure on the chemistry but it may well be a property of milk generally.
Without sugar along with the heavy cream, it is difficult to digest due to the amount of fat without protein or carbohydrates along with it, so adding some simple carbohydrates makes it digest smoother and lets me enjoy coffee without many of the negative effects.
As for the amount of calories in coffee with cream and sugar, I drink two cups of coffee a day. This amounts to somewhere around 300 calories a day, which is a little more than 10% of my daily caloric needs due to weightlifting and kickboxing regularly. If you don’t exercise, then it doesn’t really matter how many calories you consume: You will be unhealthy one way or another. If you are drinking 10 cups of coffee a day, you will also be unhealthy one way or another.
Health is about finding the right balance for you.
3 cups of coffee is very modest consumption but you could use skimmed milk & artificial sweetener to reduce the fat & we know that added sugar is bad for us so why not give it a try?

Coffee has few calories, provides caffeine and has a flavour many enjoy and can tolerate on a regular basis.
Adding sugar increases the calorie count and if you don’t use sugar in anything else you can probably keep inside the max. 7 teaspoons a day recommendation.
Adding cream in my view is for special occasions only as it adds unnecessary levels of fat. I’d advise using milk instead.
Had one or two cups a day, ice cold for ±30 years
I say, Its not all and depend on you . Because It is very easy to turn coffee into something completely unsuitable for human consumption. The best way to do that is to put a whole bunch of sugar in it, which is arguably the single worst ingredient in the modern diet . Sugar, mainly due to the high amount of fructose, can cause all sorts of serious diseases like obesity and diabetes. If you can’t imagine your life without a sweetener in your coffee, use stevia .
The commercial low-fat and artificial creamers you might come across tend to be highly processed and full of unnatural, harmful ingredients. High fructose corn syrup and trans fats are likely suspects, as well as others. I recommend you avoid these like the plague. Instead, consider adding some full-fat cream, preferably from grass-fed cows. Studies show that high-fat dairy products are actually associated with a reduced risk of obesity .
Yes. I am sorry to say – it is bad for your health. Black coffee is just fine, but recent studies have shown how devastating sugar is to your health.
