I don’t agree that drinking coffee can cause hair loss.
But caffeine might actually slow down your hair growth cycle if you consume too much of it.
If you drink 1–2 cups of coffee/day then there is no issue but if you become addicted to coffee and it becomes a habit, it can quickly escalate from 2 to 4 cups per day to 4 to 6 cups per day which can cause hair problem.
Caffeine can help hair in a variety of ways, from preventing strand damage to providing all of the nutrients and vitamins it requires to grow long and strong.

My grandfather had been drinking coffee throught out his life but still had head full of hairs. Even though he was super addicted to it. I dont think their is any link between hair loss and coffee. Also their is no evidence found by researchers so far. But yeah drinking excessively can affect your routine. I believe we should only consume 1 cup of coffee in the morning and 1 in evening
