  1. Caffeine increase your stamina if its taken regularly, it might have some side effects too, of that I am unknown. So increase in stamina increases your capability to work out more which in turns results in weight loss. So answer is ‘yes’.

  2. Caffiene has the following effects through various pathways.
    1) it creates a euphoric feeling
    2) it suppresses tiredness
    3) it metabolizes fat for fuel
    4) it improves contractile force which improves your ability to lift weight.
When you develop tolerance to a certain level of caffeine, only point number 1 gets diminished. So you need to keep upping the dose to keep feeling euphoric.
For the rest, you need to take a standard dose (ranging from 300-450mg) depending on your weight, to improve overall lifting performance.
Ya it is good, moderation. Read the signals and ON and OFF the intake.

  3. This depends a lot in the form the caffeine takes. I would not recommend trying this with any type of energy drink (red bull, monster, etc.). The sugar and other stuff is not worth it.
However if you take a cup of black coffee (ok with some milk, but no sugar) 10-30mins before a work out, that would have a positive impact. Increase in metabolism and stamina for short duration.

The older you get the more prone you are to getting health issues as consequences of weight gain. As a result, I resolved to do something nice for myself and picked up this tutorial that assisted me with fat burning recipes. It was hard to lose weight at my age, but with this I actually made progress.
With age comes creaking bones, aching joints, and lack of energy. It was difficult not to gain weight, and with greater weight came a sensation of sloth. My wife was concerned at the time and begged me to make an attempt to reduce a few pounds. Since physical exercise was out of the question, I took up the guide and lo and behold I was seeing progress I didn’t expect. In only two weeks I already lost a couple pounds . I was feeling better than I had in a long time.

  5. I agree with Sunny. The energy boost from caffeine would probably help you increase the intensity and duration of your workout, but I would also caution you to practice moderation. A lot of the energy drinks and over the counter supplements available today are more powerful than a cup of coffee. You could possibly push yourself beyond your limits if you got carried away using them to improve your workout performance. Your body is a masterpiece of genetic engineering. It doesn’t require a lot artificial substances to operate properly if you take good care of it and treat it right.
