  2. AActually, there is research to show that caffeine is an antioxidant that can prevent aging. It turns out that the hands of coffee bean pickers never age because of the ingredients inside the coffee Bean! Based on this a whole science of skin cream was manufactured and brought to the market.
Do you hydration poor sleep and excessive stress however, it can really help age the skin. So if you are drinking a cup of coffee relaxed and enjoying it it’s probably not a problem. However if you’re drinking excessive out of coffee not hydrating not sleeping and are under massive amounts of stress to keep up with your workload you are probably going to accelerate the aging process.

  3. I think it’s the opposite.
Green tea contains caffeine and antioxidants which make you younger (or more like prevent premature aging) . Doing DIY scrubs from coffee or green tea for your skin and body firms it up and makes it amazingly smooth 🙂
Caffeine is also a remedy for cellulite.
The thing that will speed up aging and wrinkling is if you keep drinking caffeinated drinks instead of getting proper sleep. Nothing works for your skin better than good sleep.
And never drink chemical drinks containing caffeine because they will hurt your body.

  4. On the contrary caffeine has antioxidants which helps in slowing the anti aging process. Applying a caffeine product under your eyes helps tired eyes look fresh and helps with bags under the eyes so caffeine isn’t as bad as one might think. Caffeine has been proven to help prevent some cancers too. Consumption of everything in moderation will never hurt

  6. Coffee constricts blood vessels – so in theory your skin does not receive as much oxygen as it may need. Also, water carries oxygen to skin cells, so if you drink a lot of coffee, please drink water too! If you are concerned about aging here are a couple videos about my upcoming skin anti-aging book. Thanks!

  7. Many people who love the taste of coffee but are aware of how caffeine can age their skin choose the decaf option. Unfortunately, the decaffeination process of coffee actually doesn’t take away all the caffeine. The FDA requires only 97 percent of the caffeine to be removed in decaffeinated products.
There are also many other foods, beverages, and even medication that contain caffeine

  8. It depends with age.
If you drink Coffee at 8 Years old, it can affect your Sleep making you sleep less stay more at night making you dehydrated, causing dry skin making you look older and mature faster at the same age.
If you Drink Coffee at 11 Years old, it has 70% Chance to affect your sleep, but if you exercised enough, then it wouldn’t affect you as much as 8 years old or below.
If you Drink Coffee after 14 years old until Old age- Coffee hydrates you this time, keeping you alert but won’t really alter your Sleeping Patterns, though it helps you to not being sleepy at lessons/work. Coffee wouldn’t affect your skin at 14 years old and above as much as 8 year old not unless you get dehydrated then its reversed effect.
So Technically no, Coffee is even beneficial after 14 Years old since it still has water, it hydrates you making your skin somehow hydrated (though not as hydrated as plain water) but still helps to replace some lose fluids after a long walk. Coffee even the instant/sachet ones has Anti-oxidants in them that make you look younger.

  10. I don’t think so. I am a coffee drinker, and the only wrinkles I have are on my hands, and I’m 66 years old. I also take care of my skin, and have since childhood. And care starts from the inside out.
