  1. Yes, but it’s still just as good (or better, in my opinion)!
    The key lime syrup we use for the frosted key lime adds a great burst of flavor to the dessert drink. Think the same intensity as lime or sour apple dessert beverages from other venues, but much better!

  2. Yes it certainly does! It’s amazing, and I love it! We make it the same way as a frosted lemonade is made, so the base is ice cream and lemonade. But, we do add a flavored syrup into it as well, and that’s what makes it have it’s distinctive flavor. You can taste the lemonade in it, but the key lime flavoring is strong and the two complement each other well.
    Funny story about these actually. One time we had an extra small frosted key lime (we accidentally made an extra) which had been sitting out for about a half hour. I went on break, and one of my coworkers brought it into the back to see if my other coworker wanted it. She didn’t, so she dared me to drink it as fast as I could. I am not very proud to say that I chugged a small frosted key lime in under a minute!
