I generally start my day with a big jug of water to cleanse my system. I’d say I get about half a litre down most day. This is quickly followed by a warm glass of water with lemon and honey added to it – legend says this help cut fat.

I & all my patient brush teeth at night & after getting up immediately drink our potable tap water about 600 ml to 900 ml slowly in 2 min time .
