A2A Yes, each little creamer needs to be refrigerated. Keep the box in the refrigerator and take out as needed. If you work in a restaurant, put 20 or more in a bowl of ice water to keep them cold before serving. That way you are not opening the refrigerator every time you need to get one or two for your customers.
If your creamer box says the product needs refrigeration, then yes, you should store the creamer in the fridge.
That same principle applies for any food product that says it requires refrigeration on the packaging.
In a word, yes. If any food product tells you it needs to be refrigerated, you need to do so. That said, there ARE some half and half products in the little individual serve cups that are ultra pasteurized that do not need refrigeration.
As a general rule of thumb, Salted butter and Hard Cheeses are fine stored at room temperature. Yogurt and Eggs are generally OK for a day or two, though their freshness will rapidly degrade. (I would however not recommend doing so with the average American mass produced eggs, though I would be comfortable with free range eggs from a local farm like we use.)
