  1. Directly mixing? The benefits may be there, but mixing is not necessary to get them. Drink one the way you like it, then drink the other the way you like it. Only mix it if it tastes better to you.

  2. This has been drunk in the Far East for decades. Many large beverage companies (including western-based ones) have a steady market for tea+coffee mixtures.

    The taste is – well – like coffee-ish tea, or perhaps tea-ish coffee. Either way it’s not bad for an instant (“add-water and stir”) drink, but to enjoy good coffee or a fine tea, I prefer them at different times.

  3. Blasphemy!!! Why on earth would you want to mix coffee and tea? Just enjoy them separately and learn to distinguish the subtle taste variations of good quality tea or coffee.

  4. In Malaysia and Singapore, it’s a popular drink. They will add milk and sugar to it as well and give a good stir. But I am not that adventurous. I am a purist when it comes to tea.
